Problem:

When creating a version of publishing to a website; the follow error message has appeared:

An “Exception of type” error may occur when a version is created. 
 

Solution:

The solution to this issue is as follows:

1. Ensure that all users have exited Mavim.
2. Now Empty the Recycle Bin and exit Mavim.
3. Startup Mavim up once more and click the Database Manager button.
4. Select the database that is giving the error.
5. On the right hand side of the Database Manager screen; scroll down to the Maintenance section.
6. Click the Check (and repair) database option.
7. Click Yes when asked if are sure you want to check the database.
8. Repeat step 6 and 7 several times (minimum of 3).

Depending on the size of the database; this action can take some time.
