Adding users group rights in bulk

Question:

Can I add multiple users to a group at once on the Portal?

Answer:

Log in as an Administrator to the Mavim Portal; click the Dashboard button; then click the lock icon:

Go to the Users tab:

Select the persons to be added to a group and click Edit

Under Groups; select the desired group and click Update

The following screen appears; select what you would like to update (in this example Update Groups) and click Select:




Now all selected persons have been added to a group at once.
