Someone gives feedback on the Portal; the date is in US format. When the information is exported to Excel the date is set as 30-4-2021 (NL format). How can this happen?

The date format that appears when exporting Feedback:
This depends on the language settings on the Portal.
When you set the language setting on the General tab to English;
then the date will appear in the English display.
