When creating a new version; the following message appears:



What is the reason this message appears?
 

Answer:
This message indicates that there are topics with multiple fields that have as option Use "Owner for Mavim Portal".
In the example below; there are 2 field set defined; one field set 'Control' and one field set 'Approval form'.



On both field sets the Owner field is included; this field is set as "Owner for Mavim Portal" under Use.



When both field sets (Control and Approval form) are set to 1 element;



Then when creating a version; the message will appear that there are topics with multiple fields that have as option Use "Owner for Mavim Portal".
To resolve this message; you must therefore remove the Owner field from one of the field sets or remove 1 of the field set from the topic.
Note! there may be multiple topics that have both field sets linked.
