Portal - certificate on the portal expires Question: When I enter the URL https://xxx.mavimcloud.com; the -- KA-01568

Question:
When I enter the URL https://xxx.mavimcloud.com; the screen below appears with information but I can no longer get to the desired publication.

Answer:
It is possible that the token signing certificate has expired.
Mavim uses an ADFS link for SSO.
When the token signing certificate expires and needs to be replaced; an adjustment has to be made on the Mavim side as well.
You would then need to export the token signing certificate and send it to us in Base64 format so we can make the correct certificate available;
after which the link should work properly again.

Please note! You will then have a manual setting in the web app towards ADFS for the Mavim Portal and because this link is made directly to the web app;
expired certificates are not automatically updated; so you will have to send the new certificate every year.
However; it is also possible to create this link from ADFS via a metadata URL so that this data is automatically updated.

If you would like to have this done automatically via a metadata URL please send an email to servicedesk@mavim.com
with the correct contact details (email / telephone number) so that we can set this up for you.
