Question: Is it possible to set different icons on the Portal?

Answer:
There are 2 icon sets available on the portal.
Each portal is equipped with the Standard icon set by default. If you would prefer to see the Classic icon set; you can create a ticket with that request at the service desk because you cannot make this adjustment yourself.

Each user sees either the Standard icon set or the Classic icon set depending on the chosen setting on the portal; you cannot set this per person.
To change the icon set; the Portal requires a one-time reset; which will then be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes.
