Portal - convert tasks

Question:
I am leaving the company; but as an administrator I have assigned various tasks within the organization. Where are the responses when I leave? Can they be sent to my colleague?

Answer: If you are the administrator and there are tasks assigned to team members; another administrator can also see the answers in the dashboard



but if tasks have been assigned to you as an administrator and you would like to transfer ownership to your colleague administrator; click on the 'Input' button


Here you open the task (click on the arrow in front of the task)

Then click on the arrow on the right (next to the trash can) behind the task and now you can assign the task to another person.
