If there are multiple Portal administrators; can I create a change request that is automatically sent to all these administrators?
Answer:
Only 1 person / e-mail address can be designated as owner in the Portal; but you can set the following via a flow: For the above question; 2 solutions are available:
1. Give a follow-up task to multiple people in a group 
When users with role Contributor submit form Improvement proposal on any topic do create follow-up task for users from group Robin demo to give feedback on the input topic. Use motivation "...."; due date in 7 day(s) and requested by Jan.
In this example; the group Robin demo (which has 6 members) gets a task (i.e. 6 follow-up tasks).
2. Have several people in a group receive a notification via email
When users with role Contributor submit form Improvement proposal on any topic do send mail to users from group Robin demo with subject "...."; and body "....". [6]
For option 2: Everyone in the group (6 people) will receive a notification. They can then view the feedback at Input in the Portal and directly assign a status using a label. The other users will then know that the feedback has already been followed up on.
