Portal - forms not visible

Question: Web forms are not visible on the portal; what could be the cause of this?

Answer:
In the Mavim Manager; open the form that is not shown (Tools – Web Tools – Manage Web Form Definitions)



Select the web form in question and click the Edit Layout button


If the fields are not included in the right column as in the example above; the forms will not be published; so move the desired fields to the right column:


Select the version to be published via the menu option Modelling - Version management - Create version

click on Edit and check whether the web form has been added on the tab 'Web form definitions'

then create a new version and publish this version to the Portal.

By default; forms are now visible on all topics in the version.
Note! On the portal; you can also configure the visibility of forms by specifying the topic types or groups for which the form should be visible. An admin on the Portal can check this on the Forms tab
