Question: When we want to make an adjustment to the Portal (providing feedback / publishing online / filling out a web form etc.) the message ‘Internal Server Error’ appears. How can we solve this?

Could you check if it works when you open the portal URL via an InPrivate browser window (CTRL+SHIFT+n) or in a browser other than the default browser?
If it works then the problem is in the browser cache; see the following link how to delete all cache data from the browser
