This can be set up in the following way: create a subject in the ‘With What’ category and link it with the 'E-Mail' option
The following screen will appear:
Now go to https://mailtolink.me/ and enter the desired information; as in the example below:
Click on the ‘copy code’ button and the following code will be generated:
mailto:Jan.klaasen@sprookjesbos.com?subject=Request&body=This%20is%20the%20text%20that%20will%20be%20placed%20in%20the%20email
Copy this code to the Mavim Manager
In the description of a process in the Mavim Manager; create a link to the topic in the ‘With What’ category which is linked to this mailto: link
Then create a version and publish it to the portal.
When you click on the mailto link there; the following standard email will be opened (assuming that your own email program is properly set up):
