How can I give access on the Mavim Portal to specific users or groups?
Answer:
Open the Mavim Connect Center (https://connectcenter.mavimcloud.com) to find the ID of the Enterprise Registration. You can find it under: Mavim Portal – Portal Info.
1 The URL of the portal
2 The type of federation (in this case the default: Azure AD)
3 The ID of the Enterprise Registration in the AAD
4 The ID of the Azure tenant
5 The name of the Azure tenant

Open the Azure Portal; go to Azure Active Directory – Enterprise Applications and search for the Enterprise Registration with the ID (3) from the previous step.
Open the Enterprise Application and click Properties. Here you will find the option: Assignment required?
Switch this option to yes to restrict the Access to the Mavim Portal.
Make sure to add the users / groups that should have access to the Portal under “Users and groups”. Only users/groups added here will be able to access the portal.
