In the Mavim Manager; right-click in the top table cell and choose 'Table Properties'.
Here; on the Table tab; under Size behind 'Measure in'; you can choose Percent instead of Centimeters and then place the Preferred width at 100%.
In this way; the table on the Portal will appear over the entire width of the right screen; even when scrolling.
