How can I see who has posted a version on the Portal Online or Offline?

You can see this in the Portal statistics. To view these you must have Administrator rights on the Portal; click on the dashboard button and then on the lock:
Open the 'Statistics' tab
You can specify the desired time period behind 'Show data from'
Click on Logbook and under Details you will see the latest events.
Because not everything is shown here; you need to make an export to Excel to get more details; click on the Export button

The following screen will appear:
Click Yes and the Excel file will be saved in the downloads folder on your PC.
When you open the file you will see 'Remarks' as the last column; this column indicates when a version has been placed Online or Offline (PublishStatus=Online or PublishStatus=Offline)
So this line indicates which user (under UserName) has put the version online or offline (see example below):
You can also request the statistics of your Portal via a direct link; for example:
https://xxx.mavimcloud.com/Admin/LogExport?fromDate=2021-12-01&toDate=2021-12-10
Here you enter the name of your portal for xxx and after Date the desired Data; when you run the URL an Excel file with the requested data will be placed in the downloads folder of your PC.
