Question:
How can I display relationships on the Portal more clearly?
Answer: In the relationships window you can change the order of the relationships on a topic so that they appear in the desired way on the Portal.
To determine the order of relationships on a topic; the Relationship Order Number column must be visible. (You will find the Relationship Screen Options when you open the right mouse menu on a column header in the relationship window)
Open the Relationship Screen Options and click on the Table Options tab:
Make sure that in the Order of columns; the Relationship Order Number is enabled and the Order of columns starts with Relationship Order Number.
When the sort order is set to Relationship Oder Number; after selecting a relationship; the order of the relationship can be changed using the Move and Sort buttons on the Navigate tab.
The hyperlink relationships cannot be sorted because they are not shown in the Portal or in XML export. The hyperlinked relationships are either at the top or bottom of the list depending on the sorting of the Topic Order number column.
