Case analyzer for mavim process mining new updated version

Case analyzer for mavim process mining new updated version Mavim Process Mining Case Analyzer visual has introduced -- KA-01630

Mavim Process Mining Case Analyzer visual has introduced new features (April 2024 release) that will revolutionize the way you analyze and visualize your process data. The following new functionalities are available:
  • Multi Levels Hierarchy
  • Swim lanes

Multi Levels Hierarchy for Deeper Insights

One of the standout features of the Case Analyzer visual is the ability to add multiple levels to group your process variants or cases (e.g. Sales Order ID and Sales Order line items; Shipment ID and Shipment line item; PO and PO lines). This feature allows you to organize and structure your data with ease. By dragging various fields into the 'Identifier' field; you can create hierarchical levels that make it easier to understand the flow of your processes and drill up and drill down into this hierarchy.

With the Mavim Process Mining Case Analyzer; you can now create a hierarchy view.
  1. Drag multiple fields into the 'Identifier' field and Arrange them in the desired order; you establish a hierarchy that mirrors the structure of your cases (e.g Sales Order ID and Sales Order Line items (as CaseID).
  2. Navigate through the hierarchy; use the 'Expand all' icon; which allows you to load each level progressively.
  3. Expand each line of the hierarchy further to explore more of your process.

Add Swim Lanes for Enhanced Visualization

The Case Analyzer visuals takes visualization to a whole new level with the addition of swim lanes. You can add event attributes; such as teams; resources or locations to a swim lane. Each process activity node gets shown in the lane of the event attribute (e.g. resources). This allows you to analyze who did what in your process in one glance.

At the lowest hierarchy level or when no hierarchy exists; each row is displayed as a swim lane. You can expand the last line by clicking on the index node. This action reveals the swim lanes; allowing you to see the activities within each lane and emphasize activities based on user groups; and identify dependencies and interactions between different user groups or departments within your processes.

In conclusion; the Mavim Case Analyzer visual has introduced these new features – multiple levels with hierarchy views and swim lanes – that will help you to elevate your process mining analysis and gain deeper insights; improve navigation; and create visually compelling representations of your processes.
