How to add multiple users to a group in Mavim Portal

Show how to quickly assign multiple users to a group at once.

  1. Log in as administrator
    Sign in to the Mavim Portal with administrator rights.

  2. Open the user management settings

    • Click the Dashboard button.

    • Then click the lock icon.

  3. Go to the Users tab
    Navigate to the Users tab to see the list of available users.

  4. Select users

    • Check the box next to the users you want to add to a group.

    • Click Edit.

  5. Choose the group

    • Under Groups, select the group you want the users to be added to.

    • Click Update.

  6. Confirm the update

    • A confirmation screen will appear.

    • Select what you want to update (for example, Update groups).

    • Click Select.

The selected users are now added to the chosen group in one step.

Notes

  • Only administrators can manage users and groups in the Mavim Portal.

  • You can update multiple properties for users at once; in this case, the focus is on groups.
