How to add multiple users to a group in Mavim Portal
Show how to quickly assign multiple users to a group at once.

Log in as administrator
Sign in to the Mavim Portal with administrator rights. -
Open the user management settings

Click the Dashboard button.

Then click the lock icon.

Go to the Users tab
Navigate to the Users tab to see the list of available users. -
Select users

Check the box next to the users you want to add to a group.

Click Edit.

Choose the group
-
Under Groups, select the group you want the users to be added to.

Click Update.

Confirm the update
-
A confirmation screen will appear.

Select what you want to update (for example, Update groups).

Click Select.

The selected users are now added to the chosen group in one step.
Notes

Only administrators can manage users and groups in the Mavim Portal.

You can update multiple properties for users at once; in this case, the focus is on groups.
