How to Check Whether Characteristics Are Still Used in the Database

To verify whether a characteristic is still used in your Mavim database, follow these steps:

1. Enable Objects View:

   • Go to Objects → Characteristics.
   • If the Objects menu is not visible, enable it via Layout → Objects.
     

2. Open Relationship Screen Options:

   • In the Relationships window, right-click on the heading Relationship Category.
   • Choose Relationships Screen Options.
     

3. Enable Characteristic Sources:

   • Under Show, select Characteristic Sources.
     

4. Check Usage:

   • Navigate through the characteristics.
   • The Relationships window will show where each characteristic is used.
     
   • If the window is empty, the characteristic is not used and can be safely removed.
     
   
   
   • After checking, it’s recommended to turn off the 'Characteristic Sources' option for clarity.
