Purpose

This article explains how to use the Coupled Copy Configuration tab to set default permissions for mirrored coupled copies. These settings determine which changes are allowed by default when working with mirrored copies.

Overview

The Coupled Copy Configuration tab controls whether certain attributes of mirrored coupled copies can be modified. Enabling these options here means they will be active by default for all mirrored coupled copies.

Lets you edit the description of the mirrored coupled copy.
  • Call activity change allowed
Permits changes to the Call Activity associated with the mirrored coupled copy.
  • User instruction change allowed
Allows modifications to the User Instruction for the mirrored coupled copy.
  • Dispatch instructions change allowed
Enables changes to the Dispatch Instruction for the mirrored coupled copy.

Steps to configure

  1. Navigate to Tools Ribbon > Settings > Coupled Copy Configuration.
  2. Review the available options:
    • Description change allowed
    • Call activity change allowed
    • User instruction change allowed
    • Dispatch instructions change allowed
  3. Check the boxes for the options you want enabled by default.
  4. Click Ok to apply the changes.

Important notes
