Enter the SharePoint site URL

  • Enter the URL of the SharePoint site that contains the document library you need.
  • The drop‑down list for the “URL to document library” field shows previously used URLs, which makes switching between connections easier.

Using Office 365 and MFA

  • Select Browser when connecting to Office 365.
  • After signing in successfully, login details are stored so that the user does not have to sign in every time.
  • Use this option when Office 365 uses multi‑factor authentication.

Continue to the document library

  • Select Next.
  • Choose the document library from the list.
  • Select Finish.
  • The SharePoint Connection Manager shows the documents in a list.
