How to download a Word publication from Mavim Cloud to your own environment

This article explains how to download new or previously created Word publications from Mavim Cloud to your local environment.

Option 1: Download a newly created publication

  1. In Mavim, create a Word publication.

  2. In the Publication Word document screen, click OK.

  3. In the Save screen, select TempDisk as the location.

  4. Click Save.

When the publication is finished, it will be automatically downloaded to your computer’s Downloads folder. You can open it directly from there.

Option 2: Download a previously created publication

  1. In Mavim, go to Tools > File explorer.

  2. An Explorer screen will appear.

  3. Browse to the previously published Word documents stored on H:\ or S:\.

  4. Drag the document to TempDisk.

  5. The file will be copied to your computer’s Downloads folder, where you can open it locally.
