How to enter the Infor M3 server URL in Mavim Connection Manager
Target audience:
Users who need to couple Mavim topics with Infor M3 screens.
Purpose:
This article explains how to enter the Infor M3 server URL in the M3 Connection Manager so you can link Mavim topics to M3 screens.
Prerequisites:
- You must have access to the M3 Connection Manager in Mavim.
- Ask your system administrator for the correct Infor M3 server URL.
Steps to enter the M3 server URL:

Open the M3 Connection Manager using one of these options:
- In the ribbon, select Tools tab > Web section > External connections website > M3...
- In the ribbon, select Edit tab > Couple Topic with > M3...
- Right-click a Mavim topic, then select Couple Topic with > M3...

Click Change server...

In the screen that appears:
- Enter the Server URL provided by your system administrator.
- Click OK.

The entered URL will appear at the bottom of the Imported M3 screens section in the Connection Manager.

To verify the address:
- Select an M3 screen from the list.
- Click Check address.

If you click the Connection button, the right and left sections of the Connection Manager will switch location and functionality. For more details, see Connection Manager: M3.
