How to refresh the database to see changes from other users

When working with multiple people in the database, you may notice that updates made by others are not immediately visible. It is not necessary to close and reopen the database.

How to refresh the database

To make changes from other users visible without restarting:

  1. In Mavim, locate the grey barrel icon labeled Mavim database.

  2. Right-click the icon.

  3. Select Refresh.

The tree structure will reload, and all changes made by other users up to that moment will appear.

Notes

  • A refresh only retrieves changes that have already been saved by others.

  • If you don’t see expected updates, confirm that your colleagues have saved their changes.
