How to remove a SAP transaction in Mavim Connection Manager

Target audience:

Users who manage SAP transactions in Mavim and need to delete them.

Purpose:

This article explains how to remove an SAP transaction from the SAP Connection Manager. When removed, all topics coupled with this transaction will no longer be linked.

Prerequisites:

Access to the SAP Connection Manager in Mavim.
SAP transactions must already exist in the list.

Steps to remove a SAP transaction:

1. Open the SAP Connection Manager

Choose one of these options:

In the ribbon, select Tools tab > Web section > External connections website > SAP...
In the ribbon, select Edit tab > Couple Topic With section > SAP...
Right-click a Mavim topic and select Couple Topic with > SAP...

2. Select the transaction

In the right-hand section, choose the SAP transaction you want to remove.

3. Delete the transaction

Click Delete.
The transaction is removed, and all topics previously coupled with it are disconnected.

Additional note:

Clicking the Connection button swaps the left and right sections and their functionality.
