How to see who set a version online or offline in the portal

Sometimes you need to know which user published or unpublished a version in the portal. This information is available in the portal statistics.

Requirements

  • You need Administrator rights on the portal to view statistics.

Viewing version activity in portal statistics

  1. Log in as an Administrator.

  2. Click the dashboard button, then the lock icon.

  3. Open the Statistics tab.

  4. Under Show data from, select the desired time range.

  5. Click Logbook.

  6. In the Details section you will see recent events.

Note: Not all details are shown here. For a complete overview, export the data to Excel.

Exporting detailed log data

  1. In the Statistics tab, click Export.

  2. Confirm the action by clicking Yes.

  3. An Excel file will be downloaded to your PC’s Downloads folder.

  4. Open the file and check the last column Remarks.

    • Here you will see entries such as PublishStatus=Online or PublishStatus=Offline.

    • The UserName column shows which user performed the action.


Accessing statistics directly via URL

You can also export log data directly with a URL. Use the following format:

 https://xxx.mavimcloud.com/Admin/LogExport?fromDate=YYYY-MM-DD&toDate=YYYY-MM-DD

  • Replace xxx with the name of your portal.

  • Replace the dates with your desired range.

  • Running this link will download an Excel file with the requested data to your PC’s Downloads folder.
