Overview - Delete Shape

To delete a shape in a chart, select the shape you want to delete (for more information on how to select a shape, see: Select Shape) and click DELETE on your keyboard.

The changes will only be transferred to Mavim upon saving the chart. For more information about saving the chart, see: Save Chart.

It is also possible to select the corresponding topic in Mavim, and delete that topic. The corresponding shape will immediately be removed from the chart in Visio.

Note: Upon saving, the deletion is processed in the database and the deleted topic is placed in the Recycle Bin.
