The Field Rules tab is used to determine which operator (AND or OR) is to be used for all options within the Fields (sub tab):
The Show webform definition name in feildset name is enabled by default but can be turned off if you would do not wish to see the webform definition name in the field set name.
Use empty values as lowest value will ensure that any fields that have not been filled in will still be shown and will take an empty value as the "lowest value" for that field.
