Overview - Reports - Layout - Columns Sub-Tab
In the top section of this tab you will find a list of all available columns*, spread across seven main categories.
1. Enable the checkboxes in the list of all the columns you would like to see in your report.
2. Determine the order of the columns using the arrow buttons to the right of the screen: the selected topic at the top of the list will be the first column to the right of the domain topic in the report.
Under this section you will find three options:
1. If you enable the checkbox next to Show only used columns, you will prevent empty columns being included in the report.
2. If you enable the checkbox next to Show topic icons in report, all report topics will include an icon in the report. This is true for all columns, including the column with domain topics.
3. If you enable the checkbox next to Repeat key information in each line, then for each domain topic for which multiple rows are created, the key data (Domain topic name, Topic of, Path, Key and Date) will be repeated in each row.
*Explanation of the available columns:
· The first main category is Topic.
This concerns the specific topic properties Code, From, Path, Key and Date.
Note: These properties can be called per topic using the F4 button or by opening the context menu of a topic and selecting Properties.
If field sets are assigned to a topic, each field set is shown at the bottom of the list of the main category. Each field set can be expanded so that the available fields are visible in the list.
Note: If you have selected the Ignore unused fields on the Fields (sub tab), the fields that have not been filled in for this topic will be not shown in the list.
· The other six main categories are formed by the relationship categories With What, Who, When, Where, Why and Where To.
Within each relationship category you will see the (seventeen) elements from which a relationship is built: from Characteristic through Related topic path.
