What is the default font in portal publications?

This article explains which font is used in portal publications and in which cases other fonts may appear.

Default font

  • The default font in Mavim portal publications is Calibri, sans serif.

Exceptions

There are two exceptions where other fonts may appear:

  1. Description window

    • The description window is generated by DevExpress, the underlying control used for this section.

    • Because of this, the font may differ from Calibri.

  2. Charts (Visio)

    • Fonts in charts come from Visio itself.

    • They are generated during the Visio SVG export.

    • You can change these fonts directly in Visio

How to apply Manager fonts in the portal

If you want the fonts from Mavim Manager to appear in the portal:

  1. When publishing with a web theme, check the box “Use format from Manager”.

  2. The portal will then display the fonts as defined in Mavim Manager.

⚠️ Note: In Mavim Manager, you cannot install or use a custom font outside the available options.
