Converting data Language to another data language in Mavim Manager

Steps to Convert:

1. Activate the English data language:

   • Go to Tools → Data → Active languages.
   • Make sure English is active.
   • Ensure no other users are logged into the database.

2. Copy Dutch data to English:

   • Select the yellow cabinet in the Dutch data language.
   • Navigate to Tools → Data → Copy to other language.
     
   • In the dialog:
     • Check Include subtopics.
     • Select English as the target language.
     • Click OK.
       

3. Confirmation:

   • A message will appear asking for confirmation.
     
   • Click Yes to begin the copy process.

 Important Notes:

• After copying, ensure that all users continue editing in the correct data language.
• This process does not translate content—it simply duplicates it into the selected language layer.
