Icons - Exchange Icons

If you have created new icons for the database (see Create Icon), you can make them available to other databases.

To do this:

1. Create a version (see Create Version) of the Icons folder under Objects in the Topics screen.

2. Export the version (see Export Version).

3. Import the version into the database where you want the icons to become available

(see Import Version).

4. In the database into which the version has been imported, the icons are now available for use (see Topic Properties)

Note: The imported icons must be maintained in the original database. Possible icon updates can be imported into the database in which they are used (as new versions): the icons will be automatically updated after import.
