Information Security - Setting up Access Rights and Versions

If a version is created or imported, no access rights are inherited for that version. A new set of access rights are created and apply to all topics in the created or imported version.

Access rights are assigned to user groups that have been created.

In Mavim, it is possible to assign a standard set of access rights when a version is either created or imported. When creating a version, these standard rights can be changed if needed.
